Two private companies have been given permission to invest in special economic zones (SEZs) in Tak and Kanchanburi provinces.

The SEZ development policy committee gave the nod to the two companies, the names of which have yet to be revealed, during a meeting presided over by Prime Minister Gen Prayut Chan-o-cha.
