Thai investor confidence rises, policy rate seen on hold – surveys
Investor confidence in Thailand’s financial markets over the next three months has hit its highest level this year, helped by the sooner-than-expected easing of a coronavirus lockdown, a capital market association said on Tuesday.
The Federation of Thai Capital Market Organisations said its May survey showed that the investor confidence index rose to 96.93, from 80.4 in April and a record low of 56.7 in March.
