Start over! Chiang Rai SEZ allows privates to allocate lands

Over the past 3 years, the land allocation is a main problem for Chiang Rai Special Economic Zone establishment. One of key suggestions in the last meeting is to give an opportunity to private sector for choosing appropriate lands and seeking the cabinet approval according to the economic and market mechanisms.
