Pro-election group protests proposed poll delay
Hundreds of pro-election demonstrators gathered peacefully at the Victory Monument skywalk on Sunday (Jan, 6), urging the government not to postpone the election date. The government and the Election Commission [EC] had earlier scheduled the next election for February 24 after all the concerned organic laws came into effect.
