Investors show confidence in Thailand’s EEC policy initiative
Investors appear to be gaining confidence in the government’s investment promotion policy, particularly the much-anticipated Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) policy initiative.
Mr. Verapong Chaiperm, Governor of the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand, said on Thursday that the IEAT has sold 3,300 rai of land inside its controlled industrial estates. He said that this achievement could be translated into an investment value of 83 billion baht.
