Gen Prawit confident water will be sufficient in dry season

Deputy Prime Minister Gen Prawit Wongsuwon has investigated the drought situation in Chiang Mai province and provided groundwater wells to local villagers.

Gen Prawit met with villagers at Simaram temple in San Klang district of Chiang Mai province and presided over a ceremony to provide them with groundwater wells. He visited Tha Wang Tan watergate in the capital district of Chiang Mai for a briefing on the drought situation in the northern province and measures of relevant agencies to cope with it.
