Additional welfare card money only being provided to participants in career training

Thailand’s Ministry of Commerce has explained that an additional 100 to 200 baht to be provided to holders of welfare cards only applies to those involved in career training programs, as the close to one year old project has already spurred over 450 billion baht in cash circulation.
