PM wins poor transparency marks
The outgoing Prayut Chan-o-cha government has a number of achievements to its name that lacked scrutiny, which raises the question of transparency, according to the Thailand Development Research Institute (TDRI).
After five years in power, the government ruled with few checks and balances, TDRI president Somkiat Tangkitvanich said at a press conference detailing the institute’s evaluation of the government’s performance.
